This Privacy Policy describes the information Lincoln Leadership (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through and other web sites and subdomains we operate (collectively, the “Web Sites”), how that information may be used, and with whom the information may be shared.

You may use the Web Sites only if you agree to this Privacy Policy.  PLEASE NOTE: Your use of the Web Sites constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and, when we do, we will update the effective date in Paragraph 9 below.  Any modification will be effective on the effective date that appears on the modified Privacy Policy.  Each time you use the Web Sites, you should check the effective date of this Privacy Policy and review any changes since the last time you visited the Web Sites.  Your continued use of the Web Sites following modification of the Privacy Policy will be conclusively deemed to signify your acceptance of the modification.

This Privacy Policy addresses our collection and use of both personally identifiable information—information that identifies or describes an individual person, including but not limited to the person’s name, physical address, email address, and credit card information (card number, billing information, and expiration date)—and information from which personally identifiable information might be derived, such as IP addresses.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected at our Web Sites, and not to information you disclose or that we obtain other than through this Web Site or to any third- party web sites (“Third Party Sites”), including those you reach through links we have provided on the Web Sites.  The information you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy.[

We reserve the right to transfer all personally identifiable information in our possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger or the sale of all or a portion of our business or assets to a third party acquirer. 

We will maintain the personally identifiable information you provide for so long as we, in our sole discretion, believe is necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes for which the information was collected, or to comply with applicable laws, contracts, or other rules or regulations.

The Web Sites are intended for adults.  We do not knowingly collect information from or market to children under the age of thirteen.  The Web Sites are not designed to attract children under the age of thirteen.

We maintain reasonable security procedures and practices designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure; and we require that our authorized service providers with access to your personal information implement and maintain such security procedures and practices.  Please note, however, that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and that no security measures are 100% effective against hackers.  It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information.  We will not be responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition or misuse of personal information you provide through the Web Sites stored by us, or for any damages resulting from such loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition or misuse.
