Executive Director, Ambulatory Surgical Network
Penn Medicine

With a mission to advance knowledge and improve health through patient care, research, and the education of trainees in an inclusive culture that embraces diversity, fosters innovation, stimulates critical thinking, supports lifelong learning, and sustains the legacy of excellence, the University of Pennsylvania Health System (Penn Medicine) is launching a search for the Executive Director (ED), Ambulatory Surgical Network. Penn Medicine seeks an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and strategic leader to start a new ambulatory surgical center enterprise.
The new ED will report to Penn Medicine’s Chief Operating Officer and will:
- Provide leadership and the administration of operations for all Penn Medicine ambulatory surgical centers/facilities.
- Lead acquisitions and launch of new facilities to drive strategic growth within the Pennsylvania and New Jersey regions.
- Ensure alignment with Penn Medicine’s strategic and operational goals and priorities.
- Deliver consistent quality and cost-effective care and ensuring the patient experience is exceptional.
- Manage the financial performance of the ambulatory surgical centers along with reporting, implementing, and maintaining annual operating plans and budget.
The ED position is a compelling opportunity for a successful ambulatory surgical center executive to work at a world-class institution to start something new from scratch. Associate Vice President, Real Estate Services

The University of Pennsylvania, Facilities and Real Estate Services seeks a leader to steward and curate the University real estate portfolio as the Associate Vice President, Real Estate Services.
The Real Estate Services department oversees the strategic planning, management, and operation of the University’s non-academic properties in support of the research and academic mission and to enhance campus life. The portfolio includes 22 commercial buildings (700,000 square feet); 75 residential buildings with 587 units; 15 mixed-use properties; third-party leasing representing 1.8 million square feet; 80 retailers; fraternity and sorority facilities management; and Pennovation Works, a 23-acre site with over 200,000 square feet comprised primarily of wet and dry laboratories and start-up space. The AVP manages a 19-person team and reports to the Senior Vice President, Facilities and Real Estate Services.
Possessing both strong real estate technical operational and strategic expertise, the person needs to have experience in a large urban setting either for a higher education institution, a health system, or a similarly complex organization. The individual should embrace sustainable real estate practices and have experience developing public-private partnerships and engaging with community organizations. The person must be a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, a savvy negotiator, an excellent communicator, and an organized and operationally minded collaborator. The individual must also have a proven track record managing and inspiring a team.

The Clery
Center
The Clery Center seeks a dynamic and authentic leader to guide and to realize its future for the position of Executive Director.
Clery Center is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to creating safer campus communities through education, policy, and advocacy. Founded in 1987 after the tragic murder of Jeanne Clery, the organization has been instrumental in shaping national policies, including the Clery Act, which mandates colleges and universities to disclose campus crime statistics and security information. The Clery Center recently played a pivotal role in passing the federal Stop Hazing Act legislation in December 2024. The Act will help eradicate hazing on college campuses and ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive and strategic leader to advance the mission, financial sustainability, and national impact of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will provide visionary leadership, oversee operations, expand partnerships, and drive fundraising efforts to ensure Clery Center remains a leading voice in campus safety. The ED must be a dynamic leader with expertise in nonprofit management, strategic planning, fundraising, and advocacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of higher education policy, campus safety regulations, and the unique challenges faced by institutions in implementing compliance programs.
The Board prefers the person to be located in the Greater Philadelphia area. However, the Board is also open to having someone based between Boston and Washington, D.C. with the expectation for travel to key events, conferences, and meetings.

Wellspring, a therapeutic and educational center dedicated to healing through relational approaches which touch and bring forth the wellspring of personal being unique to each individual, giving hope to each person and family in Wellspring’s care, seeks a leader to guide and realize its future.
Nestled in bucolic Litchfield County in northwestern Connecticut, Wellspring encompasses four programs including the Arch Bridge School, a co-ed school for grades 7-12, and has an operating budget of over $7 million. Wellspring’s next CEO and Superintendent for the Arch Bridge School will be a decisive leader who can build on a strong foundation and legacy with a distinct culture, guide its strategic direction, maintain its long-term financial sustainability and operational efficiency, and oversee its programs and staff. Wellspring is ripe for change, and the board expects the next CEO to lead organizational and programmatic change to make Wellspring the provider and school of choice for residents and students.
